Over the last two years the Bukit has been slowly building its infrastructure, today there are two international standard schools, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants that cater to the new residents of The Bukit who have recognized the unique opportunities in the area for investment and living.
 The wonderful golf courses are one of main attractions as well as the surfing beaches that provide thrills for the local and expat community. The cultural centre of GWK hosts special events in the natural amphitheatre that also is the backdrop to the amazing statue of Garuda Vishnu.

 The other advantage that The Bukit has over other areas of residential development is the ease with which all areas of Bali can be accessed, the airport and major medical and shopping facilities are fifteen minutes drive away, the centers of Sanur and Seminyak are reached in thirty minutes, and Ubud, Canggu and Candi Dasa are barely an hour away.
